There are several version of intermittent fasting that work well. You may or may not have heard of Bulletproof Intermittent Fasting. This approach was conceived by Dave Asprey, the guys who runs the site Bulletproof Executive.
Dave is an interesting guy, because he spent $250,000 of his own money to “hack” his own biology. His approach to intermittent fasting is slightly different than what you have probably tried.
